  1. I’m having trouble logging in.
    Check to be sure you are using the link provided in the Getting Started PDF found in your course

    • If you are having trouble locating the Getting Started PDF, your professor should be able to direct you to the correct document
    • Ensure you are using the latest version of Chrome or Firefox
    • Sentinel U products have been optimized for PC and laptop usage. Issues may occur if trying to access products via tablets and mobile devices.
  2. I received an error message saying invalid username and/or password.
    • Click on Forgot Your Password to change your password
    • If the issue persists, please contact Technical Support at 1-800-749-2427 and select option 2.
  3. How do I purchase access?
    You will need to utilize your Getting Started PDF in order to find your school link and follow the account set up instructions that will lead to the purchase options.
